Jane has worked very hard in a difficult situation. Selling a condo in the Oaks Preserve is almost impossible given the mandatory Club membership and very high entrance and quarterly fees the Board has pursued. Every viewing resulted in the potential buyers saying the condo showed very well (it was renovated into as new condition and furnished to a very high standard with great views) but the Board and fees was a problem. She worked with us over an extended period to adjust the offering and eventually found a win win for buyer and seller. She also helped with the inspection and arranged prompt attention to the minor and in some cases extreme requirements of the buyers by having her contacts carry out the work and supervising it. When was the last time a realtor did that. We believe she earned every penny of her commission - when was the last time you thought that?
