A dedicated page that provides buyers with specific information, photos, and video of your home. They will be able to view floor plans, aerial views, local information, etc all from one page.

Online Advertising: Any agent can list a home on the MLS but do they recognize the importance of online advertising? Re-targeting your property website to buyers browsing the web will bring more exposure to your home resulting in more interest and a faster sale. Ever browsed the web of your favorite product and then everywhere you go online it shows up? That’s re-targeting!

Custom Print Marketing:  Our in house marketing team is ready to put together informative brochures, postcards, and social media posts utilizing stunning photography and video material.

Open House: Let’s show off your home! Quite often the buyer for the home is a friend of someone in the neighborhood. Open Houses are also a great way to go live on the market and great a buzz.
